Everybody knows the feeling when some random memory pops in your head and makes you feel bad and vulnerable. For me these memories in form of bad habits or disappointments often come when I try to sleep. When I try to rationalize these thoughts I can’t find any use in them because they aren’t helping me to appreciate my life or help to be on top of my game. It is more like I am overthinking my former being and put my present self in a negative frame.
